Branch Manager – LAP | NBFC

Job Description:

We are looking for driven Branch Managers for the Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical at a growing NBFC. This role owns branch-level LAP disbursement targets, leads the sales team, and manages the DSA/connector ecosystem. Six openings across Maharashtra.

Job Responsibility:

• Drive LAP & Mortgage Loan disbursement targets at the branch
• Lead and manage branch sales team
• Manage DSAs and Channel Partners
• Own branch P&L, quality and compliance
• Build local sourcing networks and market presence

Educational Requirements:

• 5–10 years in sales, with LAP / Mortgage / Home Loans at NBFC.
• Proven Branch Sales leadership with team handling experience.
• Strong DSA / connector network in the local market.
• Experience with non-prime LAP (ROI 18%+).
• Secured Lending background preferred.
• Any Graduate.

Experiences:

• 5-10 years in NBFC with LAP / Mortgage / Home Loans experience
• Proven track record of branch-level LAP disbursement targets
• Strong DSA and connector network in the assigned local market
• Experience with non-prime LAP segment (ROI 18%+)
• Secured Lending background preferred

• Lead, motivate and manage branch sales team performance.
• Build, maintain and grow DSA and Channel Partner network.
• Own branch P&L, portfolio quality and regulatory compliance.
