Senior AGM – Central Processing Unit | NBFC Chennai

Job Description:

Senior AGM ownership of the central processing unit for a multi-product retail lending book. You run login to disbursement TAT, credit operations, loan processing, PDD, statutory reporting and audit closure, with two AGMs and their teams under you. Suited to someone who has run a loan processing organisation of 100 plus across locations, owned PDD and audit closure, and faced an RBI inspection. 18 years plus in NBFC or retail asset banking operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Own login to disbursement TAT across the processing unit
• Run credit operations, loan processing and disbursement
• Own PDD, ageing and post disbursal document closure
• Own statutory reporting and audit closure across products
• Lead two AGMs and their teams across locations

Educational Requirements:

• 18 to 23 years in NBFC or retail asset banking operations.
• Run a loan processing organisation of 100 plus across locations.
• Any postgraduate, full time.
• Based in Chennai, in office role.

Experiences:

• Run a central processing unit for a retail lending book
• Owned PDD pendency and the oldest ageing bucket
• Closed audit observations across products
• Faced an RBI inspection on the processing floor

Main Duties:

• Hold login to disbursement TAT across the network.
• Keep PDD and ageing within control limits.
• Close audit and statutory reporting on time.
• Run maker checker and process controls across products.
