Sales Executive – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

• Meet with clients to assess their property and loan requirements
• Explain LAP features, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers
• Assist customers in documentation and loan processing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly salMaintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat businesses targets

Educational Requirements:

• MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experiences:

• Prior experience in LAP or secured loans preferred

Main Duties:

• Coordinate with bank officials for loan approvals.
