Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) for the FMCG – Commodities Vertical covering Pulses, Edible Oils, Rice & Organic Goods. The RSM will be responsible for leading regional sales, managing distributor networks, building high-performing teams, and expanding market share across assigned territories in India. Experience required: 7–25 years in FMCG sales with strong commodities background.
Job Responsibility:
- Deliver regional sales, volume, and revenue targets for pulses, edible oils, rice & organic goods portfolio
- Develop and execute regional sales plans including distributor appointment and coverage expansion
- Build, train, and manage a team of ASMs/TSIs/Sales Officers with clear beat plans and productivity targets
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, outlet coverage, and execution of trade promotions and schemes
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate (mandatory); MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
Experiences:
- 7-25 years of FMCG sales experience; min 3-5 years in RSM/ASM role in commodities (pulses, oils, rice, staples)
Main Duties:
- Drive distributor ROI, manage stock health, credit discipline, and timely payment collection.
