HRBP | Chandigarh | NBFC

Job Description:

A large, listed NBFC is hiring an HR Business Partner for its branches in Chandigarh, Mohali and Punjab. The HRBP partners with the branch and business heads for the branches the role covers. Recruitment is the larger part of the work, and the rest covers the full HR business partner role. 6 to 15 years in HR at a bank, NBFC or insurance company, with recruitment for branch teams. A full time MBA or postgraduate diploma in HR is required.

Job Responsibility:

• Plan manpower with branch and business heads against the approved budget.
• Hire for the branches through job portals, referrals and other sources, and close positions on time.
• Handle offers, joining formalities and induction for new joiners.
• Track manpower, attrition and absconding cases, conduct exit interviews and work on retention with the branch heads.
• Visit branches regularly to meet employees, resolve their issues and guide branch heads on discipline cases and performance improvement plans.
• Handle employee queries and grievances with the payroll and HR operations teams.
• Organise employee engagement, check HR compliance and HR records on branch visits, and coordinate exits and full and final settlements.

Educational Requirements:

• Full time MBA or postgraduate diploma in HR.
• 6 to 15 years in HR at a bank, NBFC or insurance company.
• Recruitment for branch teams.

Experiences:

• Hired for branch teams at a bank, NBFC or insurer.
• Handled HR business partner work for branch teams: attrition, exits, grievances and engagement.
• Worked with branch and business heads.

Main Duties:
