Talent Acquisition Specialist | Front-line Sales Hiring | NBFC

Job Description:

A large, listed NBFC with branches across India is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for each of 11 locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, Bhopal, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh and Kerala. The person delivers the monthly hiring plan for front-line sales officers who work at vehicle dealerships and branches in the city and the towns around it, and works with the HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, and the branch managers. 3 to 6 years in recruitment of sales or front-line staff in volume, at a bank, NBFC, small finance bank, microfinance lender, insurer, or a recruitment or RPO firm that hires for them. An MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred. The person speaks English and the language of the location. Women returning to work after a career break are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibility:

• Recruit front-line sales officers every month for the branches and dealer points in the city and nearby towns.
• Hold walk-in and campus drives, build an employee referral practice and keep a pool of ready candidates for the roles that open again and again.
• Screen CVs and call candidates the same day to check interest, location, language and readiness for field sales.
• Hold the first round of interviews, arrange interviews with branch and regional managers and keep candidates informed at each step.
• Prepare offers, check documents and references, and coordinate the joining day with the branch.
• Complete joining formalities and induction, and hold regular connects with new joiners in their first months.
• Keep the hiring tracker daily: open positions, CVs, interviews, offers, joinings and drop-outs.

Educational Requirements:

• MBA or PGDM in HR preferred.
• 3 to 6 years in recruitment.
• English and the language of the location.

Experiences:

• Recruited sales or front-line staff in large numbers, every month.
• Worked at a bank, NBFC, small finance bank, microfinance lender, insurer, or a recruitment or RPO firm that hires for them.
• Worked with branch managers and recruitment vendors day to day.
• Travelled to branches and dealer points in and around the city.

Main Duties:

• Deliver the monthly hiring plan for front-line sales officers.
• Hold drives, build referrals and keep a pool of ready candidates.
• Screen, interview and coordinate offers and joining.
• Complete induction and keep the hiring tracker daily.
